What We Do

Step 1 of 4
Feasibility
Before you commit to EVs, you need evidence. We ingest your telematics data and build a data-driven case — identifying exactly which vehicles, routes and depots are ready for electrification.
Telematics ingestion
We process raw GPS, fuel and route data from your existing telematics provider — no manual data entry, no guesswork.
Route & depot mapping
We map every route, stop and depot to identify exactly where electric vehicles can replace diesel without disrupting operations.
TCO modelling
Side-by-side total cost of ownership — fuel, maintenance, financing and electricity — using your real consumption data.
Vehicle matching
We match each route profile to the specific electric vehicle that fits payload, range and duty cycle — not a generic recommendation.
Step 2 of 4
Proof of Concept
We deploy a demo EV into your live operation to gather real-world data — validating performance, range and cost savings before you commit to a full rollout.
Real-world data collection
Telematics logged over a defined trial period on your actual routes and load cycles.
Performance validation
Range, payload and duty-cycle results measured against your feasibility model.
Go / no-go report
A clear recommendation with supporting data before a single vehicle is purchased.
Step 3 of 4
Implementation
We manage the full rollout — from vehicle procurement and charging infrastructure to driver training — so your operation transitions to electric without disruption.
EV procurement
We provide the best electric vehicles available, matched to the routes validated in your feasibility study.
Charging infrastructure
Site survey, grid assessment and charger installation sized for your depot layout and duty cycle — optimised to minimise your electricity costs.
Driver training
Practical onboarding so your drivers are confident and efficient from day one.
System integration
Telematics and fleet management software connected so you have full visibility of your EV fleet.
Step 4 of 4
Ongoing Support
We stay with you after handover — keeping your fleet visible, your drivers safe, and all vehicles on the go.
24/7 fleet monitoring
We monitor your entire fleet in real time. The moment a vehicle's state of charge drops to a level that puts its route at risk, an alert fires — giving us and your fleet manager early warning before it becomes a problem.
Driver support line
If a driver is running low, we call them directly — routing them to the nearest available charger so the vehicle gets topped up and back on the road. No driver gets stranded, and no delivery gets missed.
